To get a feel of what their preferences were, I started the staff with a questionnaire and mood board. What came out of the discovery process was a desire to attract young families and show how they continue to adopt the latest technology in their dental practice. Also they wanted patients to feel calm and comfortable. They adopted the slogan "Dentistry with a Heart" which informed the eventual logo design.
